For any transaction made via credit card, you will be prompted by the PIRAEUS BANK system to enter your credit card details. In this way, through a reliable banking institution, the security of your credit card transaction is ensured. The security of the COMPANY’s online store is achieved through the following methods:
1. Customer Identification
The credentials used for your identification are two: the Username and the Personal Secret Password. Each time you enter them, they provide you with secure access to your personal information. You are given the ability to change your password as often as you wish. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you must immediately notify us; otherwise, the COMPANY shall not be responsible for the use of the password by unauthorized persons. The online store of the COMPANY does not, under any circumstances, disclose or publish your personal data or the information you entrust to us. The personal data you provide during registration is used exclusively for the execution of your transactions. All information is encrypted and stored securely.
2. Login Credentials (Username) & Security Password
To access the COMPANY’s online store, you use two credentials: the Username and the Personal Secret Password. The online store allows you to change your password as often as you wish, and for security reasons, we recommend changing it regularly and avoiding the use of the same passwords.
3. Personal Data – Transaction Confidentiality
User data (such as name, profession, email address, residential address, etc.) and transaction data are considered confidential, as in standard commercial transactions. Users, when providing their data in the context of transactions, are informed by the COMPANY and consent to and accept the processing of their personal data for the purpose of facilitating smooth transactions, as well as the transfer of such data to specifically designated recipients, namely employees and associates of the company, for the execution of the relevant contract. Users are also informed of their right of access and objection under Articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997.
It is confirmed that only authorized employees have access to transaction information and only when necessary, e.g., for order processing. Otherwise, the COMPANY is committed not to disclose customer and transaction data unless authorized in writing by the user, or required by a court decision or other public authority. Personal data submitted to the online store is used exclusively by it or cooperating businesses for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and executing the contractual relationship. All documents and electronic data exchanged between the parties during the sale process are retained by the COMPANY. The customer may access them upon request.
To provide the best possible service quality to consumers, the company uses the Skroutz Analytics service. Through this service, anonymous usage statistics are shared with Skroutz.gr, and the data collected is covered by Skroutz.gr’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.skroutz.gr/privacy.
4. Data Deletion Request
If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from SioutisHomeCare.gr, you may do so by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include your account email or any other relevant information that will help us identify your data.
The Company will process your request within 30 days and will notify you once your personal data has been deleted.
